General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as of June 16, 2024

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of

They apply to both digital content (e.g., downloads) and physical products (e.g., prints, merchandise).

3. Subject Matter of the Contract
The subject matter of the contract is digital content (such as digital artwork) and physical products (e.g., drawings, prints, merchandise). Details can be found in the respective product descriptions.

4. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are making a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order or delivery.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros (€). As a small business owner within the meaning of Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is charged. Payment is made via PayPal or other methods offered in the shop.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Digital content: will be made available as a download or by email immediately after payment. Physical products: will be sent by mail to the specified delivery address. Shipping costs and delivery times are specified during the ordering process.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to physical products (see separate 👉 Cancellation Policy). For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download has begun and you have expressly agreed to this in advance.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain my property until full payment is received.
9. Copyright & Rights of Use
All works offered are protected by copyright. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the work itself, but may grant a simple right of use. Commercial use or reproduction is only permitted with written consent.

10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. For digital content, the warranty is limited to the flawless provision of the download.
